Captain Jeff Gutman is the owner and operator of the party fishing boat ANGLER in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.  For the past ten years, he has been running inshore trips for Fluke, Bluefish, Sea Bass and Blackfish as well as offshore trips for Tuna, Cod and Pollock.  Captain Jeff will be bringing some of his experienced deck crew with him for the offshore season out of Point Pleasant.


Captain Tracy Rothenberg teamed up with Captain Jeff last year.  Captain Tracy started working on party boats at the age of 13 in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.  He spent the next fifteen years working on the HOLIDAY and the DOROTHY B as well as a year on the TEAL in Atlantic Highlands.  For the past five years, Captain Tracy has been running crew boats to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, but his love of fishing brought him back to New Jersey.

The team of Captains Jeff and Tracy are having great results.
