We had a deep-drop charter trip on July 12 and the fishing was excellent. We were able to fish deep most of the trip and the Tilefish and Rosefish cooperated. At night, we got lucky with a Swordfish bite and then at sunrise, a few Yellowfin tuna were caught flatlining and jigging. The biggest Golden Tilefish weighed 42.5 pounds.
